The flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in our double room were very useful. the staff were constantly very friendly. the hotel was luxurious, comfortable, and centrally located.

location: the hotel was short walk to the market and restaurants, cafes, promenade and rock beach, and all major places in pondicherry. it was nice to have nicely furnished and well-maintained room with an incredible view.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being very close to the center city and just a short distance from the beaches. We loved how convenient it was to explore the touristy areas and enjoy the cafes and promenade. Transportation was also easy, as there were auto rickshaws right outside the door. The hotel facilities were great, with refreshing AC and helpful staff. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast.

Location and Complementary Facts

The hotel was in a great location, near the city center which made it easy to get around and explore. The complementary parking and gym facilities were a bonus and made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, we were provided with a complimentary breakfast which was quite good and a welcome start to our day.

The room condition left a lot to be desired. The room was quite dirty and dusty, and the water coming out of the taps was disgusting.
